Magnus Sparrholm formally assumes his seat on the NGP board, establishing direct corporate governance tenure, project control, and the start date for executive operational billing.

Proxy Intimidation & Written Admission of Awareness
Systematic deployment of non-board shareholder Greg Smith as a proxy enforcer. Followed immediately by Magnus Jerkfelt’s explicit WhatsApp admission: 'Talkpool are aware of our IOT project... mainly for you to be able to get something quickly.'

Phantom Ledgers & Balmer-Etienne Censorship
Internal ledgers exposed unverified capital allocations (USD 3.5k marked as 'To be done'). Concurrently, statutory auditor Balmer-Etienne AG (Chairman Werner Pfäffli) enforces server-side communication blocks, later admitting to premeditated email filtering.

Platform Sabotage & Final Pre-Action Notice
Talkpool's refusal to engage forces the shutdown of R-CAMPS platform servers. Issuance of the Final Pre-Action Notice demanding resolution by Friday, October 16 at 12:00 CET, backed by a €75,000 commercial fee assessment payable from withheld funds.
